[s-cars] running cold after t-stat change

I've got good news and bad. The good is that I've seen this before on
two urS cars and on a CQ. The bad is that only one was fixed and even
that was merely 'better' rather than truely fixed.
In one case, the one that eventually got better, the stat was changed
three times, the third was a different brand without a weep hole. I
tested all of them in heated water and they all opened properly at the
right temperature. I don't recall how warm that car ended up running,
other than it was winter and it would just barely provide enough heat
to not need a heavy coat inside the car. Rick if you are reading
please feel free to chime in.
Hey Besso did you ever fix this on the Coupe?
