[s-cars] market price for some goodies

Wylie,

The euro headlights offer little that the DOT version doesn't have.
Unlike earlier models, the reflector is chromed plastic, not metal,
and the high watt euro bulbs will toast them in short order. I see
little advantage to H1 bulbs over the 9005/6 US versions and it's only
a little more trouble to change the glass on the DOT units. So, I
would consider their value as no more than a DOT set in the same
condition. If you need lights, or need to refurbish yours, everything
with much age needs new glass at $150 and some labor, so almost new at
$400 would be attractive considering the scarcity of good URS4
lights; nevermind the original $800 ticket. HIDs were expensive
once, now they are $59 and replacement bulbs are $7.

If they are in a Bira setup, they would be standard boxter calipers
with the bracket to fit on 314x25 rotors. You would be able to use
the new steel adapters also. I would treat any used Porsche caliper
as needing rebuilt.

IAs RS2 replica manifolds have a good reputation. I don't know how a
log manifold fits in here though? Maybe I don't even know what that is?

You planning to go look this stuff over?
