[s-cars] How is the PAssenger's dash trim removed?

I can get under the rear seat, the locks themselves are activated unlocked,
but the right rear door's lock is stuck locked.

Are you saying applying pressure/vacuum to the lines higher than the
stock pump might unlock the door?
