[s-cars] UrS4 Battery melted, where's the blown fuse?

S-heads,

So my battery jumped it's mount and shorted into a smokey, fiery mess on
Tuesday morning. Knowing exactly what it was and being prepared to smother
it out reduced the damage to a bunch of melted wires and plenty of smoke.
The incredulous policeman on the scene helped me push the smoldering pig
into a nearby parking lot. When the firetruck showed up, all they could say
was, "Why are we here?".

Today, I spliced in all new wires for the melted ones and the main cables
are okay for now. The lock pump is toast so I disconnected it. Put in a good
battery and everything seems okay, except no start. There's got to be a
blown fuse or fusible link somewhere in the line or some relay that got
fried. Any advice on where to look?
