[s-cars] nut job

The article stated that it wasn't clear whether the belts were being worn properly.  But that probably underscores the importance of making sure the anti-submarine belt (the 5th point) is tight, so that the lap belts sit across the pelvic bones.  If it's loose and the lap belts are too high, the sub strap ends up doing much of the restraining.  Ow!
