[s-cars] JNR team to the rescue

This appears to be a costly program for the dealer trying to make his
lot of new Audis attract customers. Having some junkers around with
engines being run to seizure can't help.
I propose that the JNR team contract with the dealers to permanently
disable vehicles. If they can quickly disable brand new offerings, I am
sure this program would be very efficient. Bill can certainly run an
efficient program in Illinois and should have no shortage of volunteers
throughout the midwest.
East coast members already have a reputation and should be able to
obtain several dealer endorsements. The Steamboat crew has shown
remarkable efficiency at removing parts left on the track.
