[s-cars] S4 Misfire under load - plug connectors?

Developed a misfire under heavy acceleration or loading up boost climbing a hill. If I recall from 6 years or so ago. My old S6 avant did the same thing and it turned out to be the plug connectors. Sound correct? PO of this car already replaced coil packs # 1 &5 about 4 months ago. All was fine until today.
