[s-cars] S6 pinging woes - the continuation

not that I know of - but I haven't had the car all that long...has 230k
or so on it...

I guess removing the valve cover and lining up the marks on the cam
gears and checking that the crank pulley mark is at TDC would verify
this?

Could be that the timing belt is off one sprocket. Did someone recently
do 
the belts?
