Not to get involved in the "green" debate, but given the performance and
quality of many of the new cars on the market today, a well maintained S car
at $4000-$5000 is a steal. Luxury, power and agility that kicks the living
S**T out of many current offerings, with none of the (in my opinion) junk
like on board navigation.

Of course, sending good cars to the crusher sucks, especially when there are
good parts to pull. But if you are in the market to get a car, you could do
a lot worse than picking up a well cared for used S4 or S6.

Let's hope that this stays a bit of a "secret" so we can keep enjoying these
cars at a highly discounted price given their relative rarity coupled with
the performance and comfort benefits.
