[s-cars] brake lines

Here was an opportunity to put a subject line on this thread that  
might be
useful for an archives search or influence the decision to read or  
just dump
the whole digest and you fumbled on the one yard line.  : > )

My experience with Paragon is they make a poor quality product with
nothing to recommend their use on the stock rear brakes.  The vinyl
coating cracks and traps dirt and moisture in the braid.  You can not  
tell
visually if they remain serviceable or not.  I would not count on them  
for
more than two years, while the OEM were on most of these cars for more
than 10 years.

The Stoptech and the new lines from ECS are far superior to the standard
Paragon product.  Several online dealers with worldpac catalogs sell
paragon lines for OEM replacement.  Hopefully, the custom product is
better.
