Matt,

Although the S6 comes from the factory with a "56" CPS, I would suggest
getting a "301" (which was original on the S4) as a replacement. Although
they are different in appearance, electrical function is identical as are
the critical mechanical dimensions.

The "56" CPS has solid rivets whereas the "301" has hollow pins. The hollow
pins are much more easily deformed to attach the CPS to the bracket. I was
unable to find a way to deform the solid rivets on a "56" into a mushroom
head (or any kind of head!) using common tools.

Also, be very careful when removing your old "56" from the bracket. It is
very easy to accidentally enlarge the holes in the bracket while drilling
out the old rivets. In fact, I would suggest using a Dremmel with a
grinding burr to take off the rivet heads instead of a drill.
