[s-cars] Fuel Injector R&R

On my Alpina, I had the injectors cleaned and blueprinted by Witchhunter,
very happy with the results and they were cheap, $25 ea comes to mind.

As an aside, the injectors on my Alpina are the same as as the 200tq20v
(3B).
