[s-cars] Ideas to Increase mpg?

When I was driving my MRC Stage 2 UrS regularly, I would be able to get a
consistent 24-25 MPG when not getting on it. That is in relatively hilly
country, mostly open highway, but the hills are real climbs of multiple 1/2
to 1 mile climbs some with actual trucker hill warnings. I think the trick
is to not get on it too often.
