It wouldn't have gone over very well a few years ago either, but now that
Ontario is rivaling the Commonwealth of Virginia for police-state status
(e.g. 50km/31mph over = roadside administrative suspension and car seizure,
mandatory 105km/65mph speed limiter for trucks, etc.) this guy can kiss his
license goodbye for the rest of his 20s.
