[s-cars] Need auto upholsterer recommendation - Boston area

I'm putting an S4 leather interior into my A4 and one of the 
headrests on the rear seat needs some help. Unfortunately, the 
avant rear seats are quite rare, so rather than just finding 
another headrest, I need to fix this one.

Pretty straightforward...black leather, the seat's out of the car. 
I need a good leather shop who can remove the cover, repair or 
replace some padding underneath, and then stitch a new piece on.

Does anyone have experience, either good or bad, with any auto 
upholsterers in the Boston area?

Recommendations much appreciated.
