I just bought this as a kit of all 8 trim pieces from a guy in Poland, it's
aftermarket stuff made in italy but I am very happy with the trim. 
Cost me ~$95 + $40 shipping for everything.

I believe these are the correct Audi door trim part numbers here for you, but not have the fender trim part numbers.
