[s-cars] Qwestion on S-Radiator Replacement

OK, got the bushings off with the help of Anderson Bros and an air
wrench. New fan blade in place, new radiator in place, all the little
bits and pieces in place, new coolant added, and engine started.

New fan blade is moving around so much that it is hitting something on
the engine side. Not consistently, but often enough. Shit.

Now, I either have to take the fan and clutch assy off, or I have to
open the radiator up again, swing it out and unbolt the blade from the
clutch. Any advice?

For those of you who have taken the clutch off, what is the bolt size
that attaches it to the water pump? It's larger than my largest
wrench which is 27 mm.
