[s-cars] Cruise control failure

I'd add in a #10 - Check both rear brake lights.

You get a warning from the bulb check if one bulb blows - but my wife
ignored it. After a while, the warning went away (as the second bulb had
blown). When I drove the car, I noticed that the cruise control had failed,
and added it to the (long) list of niggles I had to fix. One day a friend
pointed out that we had no brake lights, so I replaced both bulbs, and the
cruise control started working again.
