[s-cars] Tires, what else.

The Nitto NT-01R is a DOT-R compound and not suitable for street use- read
treadwear of 100. The NT-05 is a different story.

BTW, read SCCAforums about the performance of the Dunlop Z1 Star Spec vs. BS
RE-01R- the -01R wins. Faster all around. GRM is not the be-all end-all,
although their testing is a lot more scientific. However the results from
last year show that the BS is a better tire for street tire classes.

I can't say firsthand about the Dunlop, but I do have a lot of seat time
with the -01R and the Z1 Star Spec was not even around when I bought my
tires.

The tires to watch are:
BS RE-11
Nitto NT-05
Toyo R1R
Hankook RS3
Kumho XS
Yokohama AD-08

The BS, Nitto, Kook and Yoko were not even available last year.
