Alexander,

I've got the latest generation (I think, and I can't remember what  
generation they are on now) Stromung exhaust and I love it. It sounds  
so good that I often keep the radio off, just to listen. Now that  
spring is approaching in the northern hemisphere, I await with  
girlish anticipation for the temperatures to rise so I can roll the  
windows down to get the full effect.

As an added bonus, I also love setting off parked cars alarms while  
slowly cruising to my favorite parking space at the parking garage  
near my office.

Can't speak to the performance gains (or possible losses) of the  
system, as I've not done before and after runs on a dyno with it, but  
the sound, in my opinion, is worth it.

Jeff Postupack (es-car-go) is the main point of contact on this list  
and Audiworld, he coordinates with the manufacturer.

Hi all,

I know this has been covered on many occasions, but I can't seem to  
find anything on it when perusing through past emails.

I'm at the point where I would like to install a new exhaust on my S6  
and I was wondering what everybody who's put an aftermarket exhaust  
on thinks of what they have?

I drive the car everyday and would like something that's going to  
extol the S6's 5 cylinder engine note. I like an aggressive sound  
that really burbles @ idle, positively screams on full throttle  
acceleration, and  spits on throttle lift off.

Does such an exhaust exist and if so by whom?
