[s-cars] exhausts

The latest generation (IV, me thinks) Stromung, which also doesn't drone and
is certainly quiet enough during cruise in the reasonably quite C4 to be
pleasant during a trip. Sampled many, will eventually have on of my own when
the OE (all too quiet) exhaust finally quits.
