Jason,
We just traded an '01 allroad for a Q7 in August.  We had it for about 30 months.  Really a great car for what it does, we just needed room for 7 and didn't want the rear facing seat.  I highly suggest joining the allroad forum on quattroworld. Wealth of knowledge there too. Did you get records?  Has it had the torque converter replaced (assuming it's a Tip)? Airsprings? Etc. Feel free to ask me anything you have questions about,and I hope she enjoys it.  It's amazing how prices on them have tanked.
