Taka-
Any thoughts on BS Potenza RE760?:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/BigPic.jsp?sidewall=Blackwall&tireMake=Bridgestone&tireModel=Potenza+RE760+Sport&vehicleSearch=false&partnum=635WR8RE760&fromCompare1=yes&place=7
Thanks. BTW, leaning with being "out of spec" and being a goofball with 265/35's - thinkin it'll look beefaaaay heh heh. Can't be too out of spec as I ran 255/40 on my 17x8 Avus and the sidewalls were straight up / down, so adding 0.5" rim and 10mm tire should work I'd thunk.

HTR-ZIII seem to be very well reviewed and the test well at TR.
Sounds like a good deal at that price- I'd stick to 255/40, though-
you're out of spec with the 265s and you're probably not gaining much
if anything over the 255- it's only 10mm.
How much are Kumho Ecsta XS in your size?
You could probably get BS RE-11...... too much $$$? I'm inured to tire
prices- C6 tire sets go for north of $1600. I have to get a set this
year and I'm debating on whether I want the financial pain of getting
some wheels to go with the tires or not (only way to upgrade the
brakes, unfort.).
BTW, the only 3 tires I'm considering for the C6 are Michelin PS2 or
Kumho XS (for aftermarket wheels) or PS2 ZP (for factory wheels). I'd
go with BS RE-11 but they don't make a 315/30R18 in RE-11.
