It will be pretty tough to beat.
In MA the 1st hearing is before a clerk Magistrate and cop doesn't even
have to show, only a rep for the dept. Since it is a civil offense, it
is not "beyond a reasonable doubt", it is the "preponderance of
evidence". The police have evidence, you don't. It is tough to prove
that their evidence is faulty.
Even if you do win, the police can appeal it to a judge.
I've watched a number of hearings and nothing works. People get up
there and think they are on "Law & Order"
People try to question the calibration of the radar etc.
I imagine the laser acquisition time is very fast. I'm sure he can aim
pull the trigger, re-aim pull the trigger in less than a second.
If you were nabbed going 70 in a 65, maybe the clerk would cut you some
slack, but at 90, I doubt it.
I suppose if you don't mind missing a day of work and diving out to
Palmer I guess it could be worth a shot.
