Thnx agaom Tom - will do on the code pull and let you know.  Great point
about the WG sticking.  That might explain why it happens once in a restart
cycle but not again (aka it pops that bad boy open then he's good to go).
I've been dragging heels on my USB VAG-COM upgrade so I'm in the 3.12
ISO-COM stoneage and need to use an archaic Dell with a serial just like
your example. Given the other money I dump into the car its stupido I
haven't just pulled the trigger so I can shunt over to a
newer-beater-laptop, of which I've got a couple.
