My boleros had 245s on them when I bought them, but I don't remember the aspect ratio. I think it was 45, and they rubbed the front fender well liner at near-lock.  Went to 235s and no problem.  Running 225s now and absolutely no issues whatsoever, including zero tramlining.

I put 245/40 17's on a set of 17X7.5 Mille Miglia Cup 3's (Porsche Turbo
Twist replicas, NLA). They were too wide for the rims, at least to my taste.
I swapped the 245's onto 17X8 Boleros, where they look much better. I
personally won't put any wider than a 235 on 7.5 inch wheels again.
