[s-cars] which ignition kit

Tom,

No don't need to rethink it. While I appreciate what 034 offers
and commend them for their service if I have a coil die I want to
be able to buy one for ~$25-$35 at almost any parts store.

You may be looking at the $$ N/C warranty coverage from 034, I'm
looking at the fact that their coils are proprietary in nature.

If I have one fail I want to be able to get one now, not have to wait
until the weekday after noon here in Est. time zones to contact that them about shipping me a replacement coil.

And while I don't expect 034 to go belly up, I like the fact that the
D585 coils are very robust, and readily available from many sources quickly.

034 coil fails on you on a Saturday, you won't be driving again until Tuesday or Wednesday. I drive back and forth to Toledo 1-3 times per
week and can't afford that down time.

Others may have different reasonig for their decision, not trying to
convince anyone to follow my reasoning.

Hope my reply makes sense
Chris
