[s-cars] upper strut mounts

Yes, they are part of the stock suspension, Teddy. They cup over the
top of the stock suspension bump stop. It appears that some shops
found them easy to miss since
the bump stop is omitted when using bilstein inserts. There is a bump
stop internally in the bilstein tube.
