[s-cars] APIKOL - performance report

Yeah, have the Apikol cover on. Not sure about the plugs. I should know, but
don't. But really, given the other failures reported here, I don't think
there's much to debate. Your car is now jinxed and you will have a coil
failure shortly! 5000 miles? Remember that my OEM coils lasted over 150k. I
hope you will enjoy that with the kit, but I hoped that for myself, too. No
such luck. I'll check my plugs, but am still looking for some used OEM
coils. . .
Maybe if I change the air intake snorkel? Hmmm. A lot of work for a "plug
and play" system. But I could be convinced, please provide details of your
setup, as attempting to increase air flow across the coils had crossed my
mind, and given the highway use this car sees, it could be a good answer.
Not to dis your experience or the effort Apikol has put in. I like the
aesthetics of the system, and how simple it is to use. I'm just reporting
upon my experience, that's all.
