Possibly.  However, if you look at this post with its photos and video links, to me, it definitely looks
 like the bearing was shattered.  (However, that would be difficult to know for certain).

I think It would likely be prudent if you have a TB failure and bend valves that you should also
inspect and replace the rod bearing on the cylinder(s) with the bent valves.
