I give them the thumbs up.
The pressure gauge has failed in mine after 5 years but, you don't
really need it.

I don't actually put any fluid into mine.  I just use it to pressurize
the car's fluid reservoir.
You just have to keep an eye that it doesn't go empty, esp if you are
flushing the system.
