[s-cars] fuel pump flow rate

I remember reading something, possibly not on this list, about testing 
your fuel pump.  Disconnect the supply line at the rail, put 12v to it 
for so many seconds, and you should get out so much volume.  If it's 
less your pump is tired.

Anyone know the figures for seconds and litres?
