[s-cars] Ac problem

This yr is worst, so i must figure this out.
The dash outside temp is at 70deg and its about right.
If i idle the car with ac on, in about 15min i hear comp shutoff and it blows hot air.
Last year the out air needed o be hotter and the snow flake would disappear and come back with comp and cold air.
I know i shouldnt idle but even in traffic it happens.
So whats the ac fill procedure if that the problem?
When i drive ac works great and temp doesnt go over that 11 oclock line.

Any help?
