[s-cars] Headliner repair

Hi Kids:

My headline in my 94 S4 has started to sag in a few discrete locations (in the very back and above the sunvisors).

Has anyone had any luck with spot repairs?  Repair in place?

The shop wants $150 for the headline repair itself, But I have to coordinate a front windshield removal and reinstallation so they can take the headliner out the window opening.  Not real excited about this prospect.

Any experiences?
