Hi Tom:

thanks.  The windshield removal was suggested by the upolstry and trim shop that gave memy estimate, and frankly, was my concern about why that needed to be done.   This list has provided has provided the necessary information that it does not have to be done to get the headliner out.

As the seats are easy / peasy to get out, I will do that to give me extra work room.

Whoa, Kevin. 

I don't get this continued remarks about the window or windshield?  The headliner board comes out the door, not the windshield opening.  There is no reason to remove the windshield glass.  If you don't 
remove the seats, remove the headrests - front and rear, and the board will easily rotate to exit through the rear door.   Well, not the easiest thing to maneuver by yourself.  : - ), but I assume you now have 
an assist from one who has done this at least once.  It sounds like it should go well.
