[s-cars] Looking for experienced urs4 mechanic in pa

I need to get my car running well again and advisement on the best way  
to go about bring her up to snuff mechanically for a long life only  
125 k. j live right outside philadelphia five minutes from awe but  
they don't have much experience with these s4s. I desperately need a  
good urs4 mechanic for getting my car to hold 15 psi like it did when  
I bought it. Barely comes out of vacuum unless you slam it. Please  
help gas Milage with no boost fun is killing me
