[s-cars] Brake Pads

I use Akebono Ceramics on my wife's '01 A6 2.7T and have been very happy
with them. No dust at all - Ihaven't washed her wheels since we got them
and it would be hard to tell the front wheels from the rears. Stopping
power is a bit better than stock with a lot better modulation and feel.

Ceramic pads like the Hawk Ceramics are also low dust and fine as long as
you don't push the car too hard.

The good thing is that the C6 A6s have pretty large brakes, so you're not
taxing the car too hard.
