Here is a pessimistic reply, Chris.  I would not expect anything from  
ebay, period.  Then you won't be
disappointed in them when they do nothing.  I believe the law requires  
labeling of imports, so the
package is probably labeled with country of origin, which probably  
depends on who the importer is;
the manufacturer might label them made in India, but, if they are not  
already labeled, an independent
importer may label them as made where he purchased them - Germany.  It  
all probably has nothing
to do with telling you where they are made before you purchase them.

My POS plastic bag has a paper tag "made in India".  There is nothing  
on the part itself since it was
not originally manufactured for the US market.

All this is just useless added information anyway;  you already know  
what you need - the parts are
crap.  :  > ).
