[s-cars] Ignition Switch Data Point

replaced mine for the first time a few days ago at 235k.. the switches case
was physically broken.. thought $35 was expensive.. grateful for the writeup
on s-cars.org to remind me that steering wheel removal was not necessary..
also sprayed some kroil <http://www.kanolabs.com/google/> into the tumbler
section and dont remember such smooth operation.

hopefully this one lasts another 15 years and 200+k miles..
