[s-cars] Car cuts out under boost

Dave,

if it is a HARD cut off, seemingly like the engine shots off but it doesn't.

Sounds like the ECU is sensing what it hast determined is an over boost situation 
and to protect from it shuts off the fuel pump momentarily.

I had this happen, if I accelerated slowly no problem otherwise between ~4k-5k RPM
if accelerated hard BAM instant faceplant in the windshield.

Can be a torn boost hose, even a small one; a bad MAF or as simple as a dirty connection
at the MAF sensor.
