[s-cars] Car cuts out under boost

Thanks all.  I did a pressure test and found a 1" split in Mr. Bib.  I
patched it and have a Samco on the way.  Hopefully this will cure it.  I
don't plan on boosting her much with just a patch so I will know in a few
days.  I will archive all this info for future issues.
