Tintus est removest. Thanks for all the great suggestions/BTDT's. In the
end, I just heated up the windo from the outside with trusty heat gun, used
razor blade in rear corner to get things started and then peeled away
slowly. Driver's window took 25 minutes to complete with minimal residue
remaining. Goof Off (citrus based) and razor blade made short work of
remaining glue. I rushed the passenger window and ended up separating the
adhesive from the tint 1/2 way through the window. No problem, the Goof Off
and razor blade got the rest. Took maybe 35 minutes. I think the job went
very easily due to the fact that the tint was maybe 2 years old and
professionally done. It all came off in one piece, thankfully.

Of course, all this done after putting 1 year old daughter to bed, so trusty
Cr at psman (tm) halogen work light came in quite handy as it was pitch black
outside in VT, although thankfully not that cold.

Now, anyone have an extra front plate bracket for a C4 they want to part
with?

Oh yeah, PK, the jig is definitely up; Johnny L. has you on the "watch list"
in CT by now I imagine...
