[s-cars] Bleeding brakes

Ding ding ding. It all becomes clear now. With type-44 200 I could NEVER get
the brakes to bleed to firm. After a few weeks of driving, they would
eventually 'firm up' as I believe the bubbles worked themselves out to the
reservoir.
Now I guess `I know why. DOH!
