If you want to armchair lawyer, distinguish between slander and libel,
and correctly apply the term hearsay.  It is not hearsay to make a
statement that someone told you something.

I never stated that Shokan actually sells everything with 42k as the
claimed mileage.  I said I'd been told that- which was 100% true.  I
was also very upfront about the veracity of the information, which
you, a reader, clearly understood.
