[s-cars] NAC: e28 ///M5 anyone?

I didn't realize that the black/black E28 M5 was even offered in the US- I
knew it was very rare.

I also wasn't sure if the one at SFest was real or just swapped interior.
The cool options were never offered here, like a black/cardinal full leather
setup or the black buffalo hide interior.

I don't think too many people at SFest knew how rare a black/black E28 M5
really is.
