[s-cars] Mixing welding with brake cleaner can be fatal

This is common knowledge if you are in the HVAC field.  Many common
refrigerants, when exposed to the heat of brazing, create Phosgene gas.
If you've ever had a good blast, you know what can happen.  We should
all be careful if repairing our automotive A/C systems.  If you are
trying to repair an A/C line by brazing and the system is not empty of
refrigerant, you'll be in trouble.  Be safe.  Dave, thanks for posting
this as a reminder.
