I'd agree, except he said that it no longer does it.  I would think
that the car would do it continuously?

Good point, I forgot to mention cleaning that, though clearly the
screen on the reservoir is not clogged, or power steering would be
affected as well.

ATE Super Blue is known to cause problems just about everywhere you
go.  Volvo guys don't use it either.  Caused the clutch on the 200 to
start creaking (only audible with the engine off.)

The big bottles of Valvoline dot 4 are the easiest and cheapest,
definitely the way to go as fresh beats fancy, if boiling points are a
concern.
