I agree Ingolstadt west without Mike is a no go , I have heard several stories since he left. Mike was great and for us poor saps which insist on owning Audi here in Southern California it has left a void I have not yet filled. This was a or is especially true for the older Audis which no one in California seems to ever have heard of before including the dealers!
