Unless you are installing a FMIC, you want the 3 hose kit.
Forget all those others and buy from Force 5.

I think the breeze constant torque hose clamps are best.  NAPA is one  
source
for them.  You need:
3 CT 350
2 CT 300
1 CT 250
1 CT 175
some smaller ones 2 CT 9416 and 1 CT 9412 are not constant torque and
depend on the configuration of the turbo exhaust hose.

The Samcos can be stiff and thicker so you may want to hedge your bets  
toward
the larger size as long as they will tighten to secure the hose.  You  
will probably
blow the MM hose at least once until you get them tightened just  
right.  Too
tight will collapse the tubing ends, metal or plastic.
