[s-cars] S4 hesitates , stumbles at elevation

Or, George, since the problem does not manifest itself until you are 
driving in your non-existent local mountains you can just continue 
driving the car until the failing coil finally starts failing under 
your every day driving conditions thus allowing easier diagnosis and repair.
